i am totallly ready to start atkins, but i need your help!

please send some sample/simple menus for the first week.

i need to get into a dress, loose about 8 lbs this week, do you guys think its possible.

i apreciate your help!

The book has a lot of recipies and menus that you can easily follow. I am currently doing Induction (struggling for the last month or so). A typical day consists of :

3 large eggs made with butter
1 decaff coffee with splenda (preferred sweetener by dr atkins)
some days I have bacon or pork sausages to go with breakkie

lunch
half a chicken with some green salad
plus lots of water

dinner
tuna with mayo rolled in lettuce
1 decaff with heavy cream and splenda
lots of water

that's just an example. i should be having more vegies though like broccoli, zuchinni, cauliflower...
