I agree, when movies break the third installment they usually start to suck. There are exceptions, however. The original Star Wars trilogy and Godfather trilogy rock, except for the third one of each. Lord Of The Rings too, obviously. I liked the Matrix trilogy also. The first two Lethal Weapons were cool, the third was pretty bad. Rocky 3 was crap. Any horror movie after the second one sucked. James Bond movies have been up and down, but mostly good.
I thought X-men one was ok..........X-men 2 was good..........so my expectations are high and i think as long as they have singer on board the film will deliever.
Plus there is no such thing as the Matrix Trilogy............becasue the first film was awesome and one of the best films ever made. Then they decide to screw it up......im sort of hoping Histroy will disgard the other films, i mean the revoultions had about 12mins worth of the film in the matrix was more of a sci-fi film.
