Haha, I actually had the thought during the movie saying "what the hell" but i pushed it as far down as I possibly could...
Has anyone heard positive reviews of this movie? Every single one I've read is negative negative negative... Why do critics feel they'll be ridiculed if they enjoy a horror movie over a movie adapted from a "classic" novel. I wish there was some critics who didn't mind keeping open minds to new experiences rather than coming up with predictable criticisms - horror movie, bad; artsey movie, good. Action movie, bad; love story, maybe good. Taratino, bad; Shakespeare, good. Loosen up, geez.

Yea im not talking about jump out of your seat scary those movies always SUCK! Slasher films with some Loud music when the cat jumps out to make you raise up a bit...then when the music dies down, and ax comes slaming through the Window...stuffl like that stuff that sticks in your head....like freddy, nope you not going to be scared during, but it makes you think, especially since wes craven read about 3 different cases in the late 70's of teens dying in their sleep and the Autopsy showing no reason for death...spooky stuff...and When you go into a dark basement, do wonder if anyone is under the stairs...its movies like freddy and jason that make you have those gut wrenching feelings, is there someone with a big blade...We know someting isn't going to bust out of the wall......but will someting be behind be when I turn around, When I look up into the mirror from spitting out my tooth paste in the sink will I see someone in the mirror behind me.....those feelings that is true horror, thats the feelings that make you scared in the real world, not just during the movie. and you get these feelings because of Slasher movies Jason, Freddy, Michael Myers..that kinda suff...not a "Scary Movie"...a Horror Movie. Adults are afreaid of Horror movies because they get in your head like freddy, Scary Movies are what Kids are afraid of, and that is more what darkness falls is which is an okay scary movie, but not worth watching more than once in my opinion...but I would like to see more Slashers.......I want to see more horror.. make me wonder if someone will be behind me when i turn around!!!!! SCARE ME DAILY, not just for 90 minutes.

Yeah, Freddy was spooky alright. I just wish I could get the same level of freight I did when I first watched them... that just seems to have worn out a little unfortunate when you can't get a good scare anymore.

I guess growing up kinda has something to do with not getting as scared as you you use to...Nothing is as scary as things were when you are little, My only example I can give right now on this ...and this isn't anyting scary When I was 4 yrs old until I was 6 I LOVED Dukes of Hazzard...and I seen an episode about 5 years ago...and It had been a long time since I had watched one...and It was Awful ...but when I was young it was amusing and fun, Just like Knight Rider...its just not the same for me anymore
I thought that the movie was kick ass! I really like freddy even though he's an ******* for killing little kids, Jasons cool to.......the silent types are the best. This movie is trying to warn you not to have sex or jason or freddy is gonna get ya! didn't you notice almost everyone that was naughty in some way got sometin. Overall, good movie (but could have used a lot lessfooly gooly kinky stuff)
and the movie theater didn't refund your money??? I smell someone who can't get into R rated movies here......sorry dude, I cannot believe a theater would not give everyone there a rain check for what happened..... and it was amazing a plane crashed on them and drove them both back to hell....thats how it ended...and Michael Myers was flying the plane.
SH1T GABOMAN I DIDN'T WANT TO SPOIL THE WHOLE MOVIE FOR HIM....LOL I bet he won't even go watch it now!!!!! you gave away the best part. LOL Your Nuttier than Squirrel Turds yourself!
i loved the movie, well the first part at least, i went wit my mom and we started watching it and we got out because it was too scary, i mean dont get me wrong,i do like horror movies a LOT but its not that much enjoyable with the volume up to like a thousand at the theater than it is watching it with the volume lower so that we can enjoy the movie instead of getting scared out of our minds.I am def. gonna go see the rest some day at a diff. theater.
I'm Back!!!
(nobody cares)
Well, i though it was good. I think horror sequils are like records: at first there freat, after a while they get old & ruined. so really, they better be carefull b4 they ruin the reputation of a character, or thy may live to regret.
