I realized my monitor's too dark to make a sucessful banner... I can't see the pictures clear enough I'll try and get my MIS guys to swap the monitor...

I think that the AI one would be cool with different winners from the previous seasons... until we get down to the final 10. I would love to have one with the final 10 each season.

I think it would be cool to have one with the big names=Kelly, Ruben, Clay, Fantasia, Diana, Bo and Carrie.
What we really need from Marc, if he is too busy, is a general tutorial on what to do to the banner after it is accepted, as far as splicing it into the 3 pieces.
Then I'm sure Kris can insert it with her admin powers. Shouldn't be too hard to do.
I know it's taking years to get this done, but lets keep plugging away at it,
I think it will brighten up certain forums, help traffic a little.
The old template system didn't work when we added the search bar up there, but now that it's gone, it shouldn't be long till we can release a PSD template for the banner up there. Meanwhile, you can continue to email header images to Marc or me (michael/marc at psyphire.com) and we'll keep them handy.
