I'm sort of caught up, but I was so surprised to see that Michele was eliminated and not Erica, as it seemed that everyone agreed that Erica was going to be voted out. The only explanation I have is that the original "Elite Eight" decided to stick together and keep Erica in. I can't wait to see who gets voted out this week!

Yes, that is exactly what happened.
Note: Scott,one of the original 8 just had a breakdown or something and he's now gone.
Amanda, an X went first.
The original 8 stuck to their alliance plan, and voted Michelle out because she is an X.
Dana then turned tail on the alliance and nominated 2 of the original 8 ... Alison, because Dana hates her, and Jack as the "pawn" to insure Alison got voted off. However, Nathan won the veto and used it to take Alison off the block, so Dana "had to" put up David one of the O8, in Alison's place and the result was David got voted off, probably because he was viewed as a greater physical threat.
Now Alison won HOH and she ALSO put up 2 of the original 8 ... Dana and June. Alison said Dana's nomnation was an "eye for an eye" thing, but really Alison hates Dana too, says she's a psycho byatch but there's some Justin jealousy stuff going on. Alison said she nominated June because she doesn't trust her to not take Dana off if she should win the veto.

Yes, I saw all the shows after July 23, so I am aware of all that went on after Michele was eliminated. Dana does seem like a "loose cannon" and a traitor, so I am glad she is up on the block. It was interesting that Allison made deals with both Justin and Jun to not put them up on the block if they promised not to put her up the following week if they were elected HOH, but then she put Jun up anyway. I really thought she would most likely put up Justin, but I understand her reasoning about Jun possibly taking Dana off the block.
Erica seems much happier ,now that she has not been eliminated. She was so weepy the previous week.
