It was super shocking watching all of the best comics being eliminated.
Seeing Dat still standing, was something of a joke. I was watching this one closely because it seemed like talent would win over all, because of the head to head competitions.
I could tell Ralphie thought he won. He was shocked as well as Dat.
Oh Well, it just reminds you what these goofy t.v competitions are all about.
The average joe has to conquer all, just to let the average American think that "You too can make it! Even if you talent is marginal!"

I am not suprised at all, I knew it was going to be between Dat and Ralphie. Dat has that timing thing down pat. Ralphie's timing is good too but he tended to drone on with a subject. You gotta know when to get off that subject and move on. I also think it was a matter of people wanted to see something new and different. Maybe they thought that Dat's SitCom would have been better than Ralphies. I think with Ralphie we would have gotten the ole run of the mill samo samo SitCom. But with Dat we are going to get to see something different. I'm going to watch it and am looking forward for it to come out. For a new kid on the block, he's got talent and will get better with age.
I here what you are saying about seeing something different, but the only thing different about Dat is he's Asian.
Hes not going to write the show. Its still going to be a network formula.
I think his youth was the appeal, that everyone was calling him a kid. I don't see it. He looks grown to me. But the youth thing might have won out over all of those other older people. The sympathetic vote.
