The axioms of mathematics are unprovable and are taken as givens as far as I know, So science is not infallable really. But those initial givens do help us to describe reality better than "god made everything". That assumption does not help us make medicines or machines or weapons or anything much. Science has only been prominent relatively recently. I think for thousands of years people tried to find the answers inside through enlightenment. Lord Buddha got the closest as far as we know, but even he was unable to explain it fully. If it worked, we would enlighten children at school so they could use their mental powers to cure their cancer, broken arms and legs, hunger, need to reproduce etc. But evidently it didn't work, hence the rise of science. I think enlightenment is putting yourself into a coma and not thinking or caring about anything (aka nothing matters, that spoon bends because the laws of physics don't exist, etc). I think therefore I am. Once you get so enlightened at the limit and extreme you only exist as a body to people who see you and possibly no longer as a human being with consciousness.

Fokket, Neo saves the group of rebels with him after the Neb was destroyed. Neo saves Trinity, Link and Morpheus from the sentinels that were closing in to kill them all. The rebels couldn't have saved themselves from the sentinels, but once again, Neo saved them.
