Yes it would trade between the UK and Norway is hardly a clandestine operation is it they are one of our closest friends. Also this is not a scandel may be a scandel to you but the appropriate bodies do not see it that way and have cleared of us any wrong doing and have cleared us of being directly involved. Do you trust the IAEA or not because if you don't then this stroy will run and run for you.

Is the "dirty secret" true?Was U.K. invovled in building another country's nuclear program? [ can you answer questions base on info you know?]
To my knowledge no there was input given to the French when they built a nuclear power station in Israel but that was for energy not weapons, as I understand it we are not in the buisness of building nukes for others.
