What are good outdoor exercises to do? post #1  quote:

What are good outdoor exercises to do? I?m trying to get back in shape. I have gained way too much weight this summer!! Just about every year I?ll lose about 20lbs and then gain it back at some point. My usual downfall is that I hate working out at a gym. It becomes so boring and repetitive. What should I do?

Well, while the weather is still good I?d suggest inline skating. I go to the local park or other areas and skate for hours. It?s so much fun!! In the beginning I was scared of falling but you get your groove rather quickly. To learn about the basics and gear you should go to http://www.findyourdetour.com/. It?s an amazing site for health and fitness.

I'm sure you can do it if you tried ... don't be afraid if your scared you probably will fall... try to bring a friend with you that knows how to skate the first time, it will help with motivation... but don't get discouraged if you do fall just get up and keep trying.. you'll get the hang of it sooner or later
