Well going on what I have heard about the story I think that guy is guilty as hell. The prosecution have tape I belive that shows Vick is involved and evidnce from his own team mates hardly people that would turn on him for no reason. There was another piece of evidence that I have forgotten and I may be wrong but did his lawyer not try to get him to plead guilty at the first hearing so he would recieve a lesser sentence or something like that?
I know it's innocent until proven guilty, but the evidence is mounting against him. You need to have a pretty big case against you for federal charges to stick.
I agree, while I think he is guilty I also respect the fact that in the eys of the law he is an innocent man until a judge and a jury say otherwise.
I do think though that if he is found guilty rich or not they should throw the book at him because dog fighting is sick, cruel and the people who get a kick out of it need some kind of mental assistance IMO.
I read that the other people charged are going to make a plea and testify against Vick. Seems that the prosecutors are focusing on the big dog here, pun intended.
