Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released 45 minutes ago. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5'1" and 85 lbs. A rep for Richie could not immediately be reached for comment.

Network insiders say the bizarre blowup comes after complaints from angry drivers to producers that Rosie never shuts her mouth. Stunned Rosie - who thought at first the guy was kidding -- angrily disembarked, spewing threats that she'd get him fired! Wesley Snipes is free on $1 million bond after pleading not guilty to federal tax evasion charges. Wesley has been in Namibia filming a cowboy movie, but he jumped on a private jet and flew to Florida to face the charges. Wesley is accused of fraudulently claiming almost $12 million in refunds in 1996 and 1997. The federal indictment accuses him of using an accounting firm known for filing false returns in exchange for 20 percent of all refunds. Wesley's also charged with failing to file ANY tax returns from 1999 to 2004.
Tori Spelling's home was swamped by hundreds of people interested in buying up some of the junk she was getting rid of in a huge yard sale. Security guards were hired to control the crowd and everybody had to sign a release form before they were allowed into Tori's home. Among the items up for sale were signed "90210" scripts going for $100, silver cigarette dishes for $50, a silver Tiffany serving platter for $2800, a used Sephora lip gloss for a buck... Tori also sold dozens of items from her wedding to hubby #1 Charlie Shanian, including "Tori & Charlie" napkins, homemade CDs of wedding music, and her framed wedding bouquet. By the way, the money raised didn't go to charity...
Eddie Murphy and Melanie Brown's relationship fell apart because of his mother. At least, that's the rumor. Sources say Scary Spice was extremely jealous over Eddie's close relationship with his mother. Things reportedly came to a head at Eddie's Beverly Hills mansion on Halloween. Apparently, Eddie spent the whole night doting on his mother, who was getting Eddie's kids all dressed up for trick or treating. David Hasselhoff is going to be in the cast of a Las Vegas production of "The Producers". While he's busy onstage, reality show cameras will babysit his two daughters, 16-year-old Taylor-Ann and 14-year-old Hayley. The resulting show, "Hoff Broadway", will be produced by "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest and air on the E! cable network. The show will begin filming next month when "The Producers" premieres at the Paris Hotel & Casino. There's no word yet when the show will air.

This doesn't surprise me, in the least. Either she's really doing this, all the time... and she is like that ON THE AIR (so I suspect she's even worse OFF THE AIR)... or they have a slew of people that have been paid off to make up some horrible things.
I love Rosie... and have since she had her own show. But, she's really changed, and not for the better. I feel sorry for her, because these things are going to cause her to become hated by many.

Well, this doesn't surprise me either. First, her father, worth MILLIONS of dollars, dies, and she's given less than $1 million from her mother (with whom she is estranged from). Second, she doesn't have a HUGE career, so I'm assuming that money might be needed. But, it's sort of tacky to do this, right?

I have to say that I agree. My mother is my best friend, and we are exceptionally close. So, if I was to start dating someone, and they didn't get along with my mom, and complained if they weren't getting attention all the time, I would have to kick them to the curb as well.

You mean that people would actually WATCH this "show" of Hoff's daughters? WHY are we making children of stars famous, just because they are born to them? Look at Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie?! That should be enough of an example that stardom isn't "earned" but given, to those who are undeserving of such things.
