Stefani post #1  quote:

Stefani
AGE: 32
JOB: Defense Attorney
HOME: Los Angeles, California

Biography
Stefani, 32, was born in Burbank, California and raised in Palm Springs. She had a double major in college--English and psychology--and graduated from the University of California, Riverside. It will be like roaming around in my own backyard... Stefanie graduated in the top 10 percent of her class from Southwestern University School of Law in their prestigious SCALE program, the only two-year Juris Doctor program in the United States accredited by the American Bar Association.

Selected as a Los Angeles Magazine "Young Rising Star" in 2006 for excellence in law, Stefani is now a trial attorney for one of the largest California defense firms.

Stefani defends California employers against worker's compensation, subrogation and discrimination claims as well as large real estate developers in construction defect litigation.

In her spare time, Stefani enjoys snow skiing, golf, tennis, scuba diving, karate, motorcycle riding and volunteering.

Stefanie asserts, "I should be the next Apprentice because I lead by being enthusiastic and enthusiasm is contagious and motivates people to work much harder."

This contender starts to look competitive. I raise the odds to 1/6 for her to win. One of the disadvantages is that Trump never chose a lawyer yet...

You think she was the best? Dunno.

Just like that horse face a few years back another sleeper won. She didn't do anything until the end.

Yes, I definitely think so. She is smart, did good job on many tasks, articulate. She tried to stay out of trouble by being a bit under the radar? I call it smart strategy. After all she did good job, even if it was behind the scene.

It's a great strategy and it seems to be how to win this show. I still think it kind of sucks. She was solid, no doubt. I just don't know that she really stepped up and was a good enough leader.

Seems like Trump would rather someone be passive and not fail then lead and fail.

I don't think he likes passive people. He chooses who he likes, other get a bad edit. Or Trump finds a way to justify the firing. Sometimes it doesn't look right or justified.

Interestinly, I could give "the adapter" nick to Stefani, it's the nick Aaron was given on NBC apprentice site. Notice how the adaption of Aaron, by staying out of trouble by being quiet while being a "viceroy" actually caused him trouble. Trump attacked him there, the next episode he received a bad edit, and he's gone. Why? Trump wanted to get rid of him, and there was a good oppurtunity.

I believe Trump knows well who he is going to hire(maybe two three candidates) after few episodes, that's pretty much enough to form a picture, an opinion of a person. After that he either helps or tries to get rid of certain candidates. Notice how he fired both Heidi and Kristine, both had much much better record than Frank and Nicole. He actually kept two other worse contenders, because he knew he can fire those two any second without anyone groaning.

OK, back to topic about Stefani. I don't think she is passive, I think she will be a good leader in her job. She has nick "the realist" on NBC's site, I would say she is both the realist and adapter. This is a tough competition, she played it smart. Working for Trump is not a piece of cake either, but it is actually quite different from the competition to get that job, in which she will HAVE to be more active.
