A french woman who has lost the man she loves wants his ashes to be placed in her breast implants. Sean conflicts with Christian and Michelle about whether to do the operation, but goes through with it anyway. The man's wife then comes by looking for his ashes.
Also in this episode, Faith Wolper (played by Brooke Shields) makes a return appearance as the psychotic psychologist. She tries to convince Sean that Christian is in love with him, which results in Christian confronting her with Sean and revealing her "Property of Christian Troy" tattoo to him.
