Sean prepares for Conor's operation, and Julia begins to have second thoughts. The only person she can confide in is Marlow (the midget) and the two of them feel sparks and stuff. Also in this episode, Mrs. Grubman, the plastic-psycho-b**** from season 1 (and perhaps season 2, I forget) comes back for a final operation (to be performed on her corpse).
Classic ending, nobody goes to Grubman's funeral. Comedy.
