Kreate A Karacter post #1  quote:

Talked about this in other threads, but it deserves its own thread.

You can create your own character in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, which is done by choosing options in respect to your character's appearance, weapons, moves, etc.

My fellow's just a tall, muscular blonde guy (not unlike myself... except for the tall and muscular part... perhaps even the "guy" thing is pushing it...). Who knows all this kung fu, has a firebolt, ice-freeze, and scissor kicks, as well as some sort of matrix-like teleportation move.

Here's a question: if we had like a memory card or something, is it possible to get 2 "kreated" characters together to fight?

Yeah, if each player had their own memory card they could fight each others character.

I think you can have one character per profile per player though...

Right, that's why I was wondering... but I guess you can have 2 profiles if you're doing 2 player mode. There are 2 different icons for selecting your own character on the character select screen though... gotta try that sometime.

I don't like the way you load profiles. On the PS2 do you have to enter your password to load the profile? Pain in the butt... I'm the only one that plays it, just load my profile automatically, damn it!

Yeah, once you start it up you have to hit L1 then enter the profile. I forget almost every time so I don't get the coins in arcade mode.

But you can have more than one profile per memory card...

Me and Sandy use two kreate a character. You just have to wait till the fight screen is loaded, where you choose who to fight, and then use the L-1 to load your profile.

Then you can both enter profile mode and choose your character.
