FOX are running a competition to create a promo for the Simpsons Halloween episode this year, to be submitted before October 30th. The winner will get a trip to somewhere to do something... something to do with the 400th episode party. I'm not sure, I wasn't paying attention.
Anyway, go here for details:

There's a cool editing tool there, and a bunch of clips; so even if you don't enter the competition, at least you can see a bunch of clips from this year's halloween episode.
