But I think that somehow, they carried over, with each other... I don't know. It is confusing... but, like they are the same. Or, Baltar is a cylon, and it explains the real one, and the one in her head.

I was reading this other site talking about BSG, and some dorkus made a good point on how if Baltar would be a Cylon it would really undermine not only the character but the show itself. If the traitor to humanity wasn't a human at all then what's the point? Keep him human and try to chill with the Cylon who's-who game for a while I say.
Hmmmmm, good point. But, if he was a sleeper, and had no clue as to being a cylon, then would it matter? Or, if they didn't let humanity know the truth? Still, you're right. I don't want to find out that he is a cylon... but rather, the rat traitor to humanity that he was originally.

It would work, if, of the 12 models, there is a number one, uber model, that there is just one of, that is the leader. A model that has no copies, and all the other models fear it.
Then you could make it one of the cast and it would still work.
