I agree that the Palestinian government needs to move in a diffrent direction but the problem is twofold in doing that firstly there are a Palestininas that agree with the stance Hamas takes on Israel and secondly wether we like it or not or we just choose to disregard it Hamas does have some very good local politicians ( like your US senators I think or our MSP's) who do take an active intrest in local issues and have in the past done a lot of good for their local people and that is a hard thing to remove people remeber the good you did for them or for thier community when it's time to vote, in a sick kind of way they voted in people who had done good things for them and now those same people are harming them.

What you need is to things you need the other political parties to follow the Hamas lead and get back to the grassroots of politics and that should allow them to maybe gain power the only downside is that the next elections are a long time away and I doubt Hamas would give up power if it was to lose. you also need to get the more moderate Arab countries talking to Hamas to try and get a change or a recognition countries like Jordan, Saudi Arabia and up until a few months back Lebanon might have been a good choiceto try and talk som sense into Hamas and fianlly we need to get food and medicine into the Palestinina areas you don't even hav eto give it to Hamas give it to the Red Crscent or UN stations but let's try and get the food and medicine to those that need it the most.

Lodge, the US and EU didn’t halt humanitarian aid to the Palestinians. They just rerouted it through the U.N. and other charitable channels instead of giving it straight to the government.

Hezbollah has similar methods in Lebanon when dealing with Lebanese. They give money to the people while simultaneous engaging in militancy. I don’t believe that the two will ever benefit each other because they’re two different philosophies that will have two different outcomes.

Militancy will always be followed by violence because it engages in violence mainly without any rules. This was evident with the recent war in Lebanon and Hamas has brought the Israelis back into Gaza and into their parliament with arrests of their leaders.

I agree with your assessment as to how Hamas should be dealt with by moderate Arab countries but how do you switch off such a hate machine that’s been well oiled for decades? Many of them were raised from birth seeing Israelis in their streets and being embedded with propaganda. That is a slippery slope to get them to accept laying down the gun and turning to the table.

I speak peace when peace is spoken, But I speak war when your hate is provoking, The season is open 24-7-365, Man up yo time to ride, No need to hide behind slogans of deceit, Claiming that you're a religion of peace, We just don't believe you, We can clearly see through, The madness that you're feeding your people, Jihad the cry of your unholy war, Using the willing, the weak and poor, From birth drowning in propaganda, rhetoric and slander, All we can say is damn ya

My forefathers fought and died for this here
I'm stronger than your war of fear
Are we clear?
If you step in my hood
It's understood
It's open season

I don't need a faith that's blind, Where death and hate bring me peace of mind, With views that are stuck deep in the seventh century, So much sand in your eyes to blind to see, The venom that you leaders preach, Is the path to your own destruction, Your own demise, You might say that I don't understand but your disgust for me is what I realize, Surprise!
Your homicidal ways has got the whole world watching, Whole world scoping, So if you bring it to my home base, Best believe it, The season's open

I see you, Hell yeah I see you, Mother****er naw, I don't wanna be you, If you come to my place, I'll drop more than just some bass, Yo you'll get a taste of a, Sick mother****er from the Dirty, I ain't worrying not a ****ing bit, I'm telescoping like Hubble, Yo you in trouble, Yo on the double, I'm wild with mine, Bring that style with mine, **** with my family I'll end your line, Just the way it is, Just the way it be, Do you understand? No matter if you're woman or man, or child, My profile is crazy, That **** you do doesn't amaze me, I'm ready to blaze thee

I don't give a damn what god you claim, I've seen the innocent that you've slain, On my streets you're just fair game, Like a pig walk to your slaughter, The heat here is so much hotter, And my views won't teeter totter or fluctuate, Step to me you just met your fate, And I'll annihilate, With the skill of a Shogun assassin, Slicing and dicing precise with a passion, In any shape form or fashion, Bring it to my home, Welcome to the danger zone, Cause your attitude's the reason, The triggers keep squeezing, The hunt is on and it's open season.

That's crazy talk.

Meanwhile this, Peace, is the 64 million dollar question: "How do you switch off such a hate machine that’s been well oiled for decades? Many of them were raised from birth seeing Israelis in their streets and being embedded with propaganda. That is a slippery slope to get them to accept laying down the gun and turning to the table."

What do you reckon? Even left field ideas? Lodge? Throw around some ideas. Kidcnote...? wazzup?
