The episode starts off with some flash backs to the day after the season 2 finale, and then continues on with the rest of the story 6 months later. Gabby's waiting of Xiao Mei hand and foot, just prior to the baby being born. Gabby's attitude towards Xiao Mei forces her to run away. Lynette is at her wits end with the mother of Tom's love-child, Nora, and pushed Tom to stand up to her. Bree gets engaged to Orson and has her first orgasm (she goes to a doctor to see what was wrong). At her engagement party, she also gets a visit from Orson's ex-neighbour who fills everybody in on Orson's missing wife (though the episode leads you to believe he did kill her, they didn't actually show what transpired. Given that he also put Mike into a coma, it wouldn't be surprising if he did it). Which brings us to Mike and Susan. Mike's still in a coma, and Susan meets a nice man who's wife is also in a coma... they become friends and eventually they go on a date. Susan spills strawberry milkshake all over his comatose wife...
Funny episode.
