Sean and Christian may be celebrating a milestone surgery, but it looks like the future of McNamara/Troy is in jeopardy. Julia tells Sean some devastating news about the baby. Christian decides to redecorate his apartment after a disturbing appointment with his psychiatrist.
In this episode, Sean and Julia are expecting a baby, however Julia finds out the baby will possibly be deformed and has to try and break it to Sean.
Christian has a threesome with a mother and daughter, who eventually have a fit on him because he won't kiss them (like he's messed up or something ). He then sees a therapist who suggests that perhaps he can't have a lasting relationship because he's got it bad for his partner, Sean. Eventually he does his therapist and forgets the whole thing.
