This FOX drama centers on the search for Sara Collins. She's the wife of Senator Jeffrey Collins. Sara vanishes and the FBI lead by Agent Graham Kelton is on the job, but before they can find her they need to find out who she really is.
The mystery surrounding the disappearance is seen through the eyes of the FBI, members of the family and a reporter trying to get the story of her career.
The search for Sara will expose many secrets. Nothing is as it seems. Everyone is a suspect because of their secrets.
Interesting show, I've watched the two episodes that have aired so far and, though I can't say I'm hooked, I do enjoy the show. I can't imagine they could get much of a series from it, though... 'cause if they dragged the show out more than a season, you'd wonder why they can't locate this woman... that being said, the way the premise seems to be working, it's possible that more women could be kidnapped under similar circumstances further down the track.
I'm guessing government conspiracy is behind the whole thing, but what do I know... I've said the same thing about Lost, 24 and Dharma and Greg.
So far okay; the people responsible for the kidnapping just blew up 5 million dollar ranson (to make a point), and did some fancy work in getting the victim's husband alone and almost kill him - while he's surrounded by FBI agents.
One character who went through something similar killed himself a couple of episodes ago. Before he died he basically said they've got the guy by the nuts, which seems a bit extreme but the people responsible seem well connected. The FBI agent handling the case seems pretty sharp, though.

I'll tell you, from the first 4 episodes I was totally into this program, but since I had problems watching the fifth episode... I just didn't bother from that point.
Isn't that always the way with the new serial-style shows that are always being shown? If you miss an episode, you don't like playing catch up because you miss some plot twists and how they're revealed to the audience...
I'm not sure if I'm alone in feeling that way...

I'm guessing that it's on indefinite hiatus at this point. I hope not, because I was really enjoying it, but who knows... The studios sure are doing some strange things with the scheduling lately... What's with these 13-week hiatuses for shows like Prison Break and Lost? I don't get the reasoning behind delaying the production of a very popular show to make way for another popular show, and then bring back the other popular show after the other popular show has completed IT's season... Why not just run each show from beginning to season finale like the good ole days? Sometimes I really think network and other tv execs are making these changes after they've all enjoyed a round of fashionable lobotomies.
Yeah, the schedules bug me. Prison Break's hiatus wasn't bad, I think it was like 7 weeks or something. I got through it okay. Really, though, there's usually no reason for it.
