I think this tells us that anything is possible. Those who are dead may not be dead or they think their dead but they aren't. So at this point we have to suspect that anything may or may not be true. It's all in their heads. And we also might assume that they were all drawn to the same flight via clarivoyance or....

On the map, that was drawn on the hatch door, there is a hatch to the NW, and it's been 'scribbled' over... like there isn't anything there, any longer. Could that be the hatch that Sayid opened, and it was cemented closed, or whatever... where the others took Michael?
