My God! What is Bullard thinking?!
He is part of a good Wigan team, with a chairman who wants to go places and has the money to do so and a good manager and he decides to go to Fulham, a team that have wallowed in the bottom half of the premiership for all except one season.
Wigan have the money and managerial ability to progress on from their good first season and will have a shot a europe next season after getting to the league cup final and Fulham have done nothing for years.
Ok, so historically speaking Fulham are bigger than Wigan but Dave Whelan want to make Wigan big and Mohamd Al-Fyad is happy to wallow in his teams own mediocrity at the wrong end of the table.
Why would anyone getting constant first team football want to leave a team like Wigan to go to a team like Fulham is beyond me.
