Oh, I voted for Alvar Hanso. He was an adult in the 70s when that Orientation video was filmed. He could be dead, or he could be really old and senile. I don't think it's him anymore, because they talked about and living person who was active enough to properly beat the snot out of people who ticked him off.

I'm beginning to think the "Him" Zeke refers to is Henry Gale.
I think he's the one the Other's are talking about. He may have been a rogue Other who turned against them and somehow is a threat. He may have been their leader at one time too.
I still believe he's pulling a "Keyser Soze" on Jack and the gang.
