The popstar, 25, looked muscular and fit just two years ago, but on a recent shopping expedition in L.A. she appeared to have added about 20 pounds to her 5'3" frame! "She's young, so she probably has a busy lifestyle on the road and is not eating properly or getting enough exercise," says Ryno (who doesn't work with Ashanti). "I suggest cutting down on calories and incorporating one hour of cardio training four to five times a week."
