I never said that they are resposible for the condition this thread is about, I never even implied that. I haven't written off the Africans as if they are animals and I didn't even mention anything about the British being more intelegent than the Africans.
All I said was that the majority of the Develpoed countries know of the problems in africa.
And before you go off on some kind of injustice of me calling Africa undeveloped, it is undeveloped in a economy sence. The Developed countries are those like the Uk, USA, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain. The countries that are rich in money, food and healt resoarces. Africa is undeveloped because it lacks enough a these basic things to function as a well run economy.
As I said in post 13, many people know what is going on in Africa, many people are upset, sadded and apauled with the conditions that people in Africa live.
However nothing can be done OVERNIGHT!
It is a long process to clear up the majority of problems surounding African countries and no doubt that there will be some bloodshed before Africa and all the contries in that continent become as developed as the Uk or France or the USA. .
My first post in this thread, post 13, was there because I seem to remember, althought it could just be me, but I remember Bob Geldof doing a lot to bring the problems in African to the attention of the developed countries.
My point was that althought the African countries are not to blame, they do not have the resauces to help everyone by them selves.

Are you aware of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study ( Experiment) that was conducted on unsuspecting Black citizens by ththe US Department of Health ?
Aids is just a more sinister version of the same techniques. Why is it hard to beleive an organize program to infect Black people through "health care" programs was developed? And its mathematicaly impossible for sex to be the reson for the number of AID cases in Africa today?

Heard of it, it ran from the 30's to the 70's. Black people with syphilis volunterred for research. However the researchers refused to give them appropriate treatement to ease the suffering. I belive there were 500+ vounteers 391 had syphilis and the rest did not. All the vounteers or families were compensated by the US courts reperations of $9 million were to be paid and the promise of free healthcare and free burial that were offered at the beggining of the trial still stood.

So you are saying aids is like the above test because we are holding back the drugs like we did then? well there is no cure for AIDS only the drugs to lessen the symptoms and Africa gets them or gets the money from nearly all Western countries, the G8 and the UN to get these drugs or the drugs are given to the governments to administer. The problem is that won't stop the spread will it? so you have made no inroads but that would be the same regardless of wether it was in Africa, Europe or the US it just happens we tend to be better educated about how to stop it,s spread.
As for the helath care system sorry it seems to far fetched, people going for helathcare and being given the aids virus. Plus most doctors stand by the hippocratic oath and you would need at least 80% of global medics to get this idea on the road. Also contrary to popular belief governments and helath bords do not have stockpiles of the virus at hand and you cannot artifcially create it in a lab. Then there is the economic side of it why would you purposefully infect somebody with a virus and then spend millions of dollars on giving them drugs to ease the suffering?
As for Africa ask any doctor, aids expert/care worker or African politician and they will tell you that unprotected sex is the main cause. We know that aids can only be spred through the contact of bodiliy fluids so we are talking sex, sharing dirty needles or blood transfusion. Now looking at this logically the poor people in Africa probably cannot afford Herion so we can scrartch the needles idea, also most health bords cannot afford blood transfusiosn and if they can it is not done right so that maybe the cause but it seems unlikely, but unprotected sex in a continent that practically refuses to accept the condom like the rest of the world that would seem likely. also could be wrong but I think that the children of partents with AIDS can be born with AIDS so that would explain the numbers as well .

The US army, the UK army the Russian army, the German army Malcom take it from me every year Armies ask thier respective governments for miilions of pounds to make this kind of secret wepaon or this kind of virus that could be used on the battlefield and at the end of the program nothing happens becauee it was either not feasable or breaks international law. Secondly even if you did create it you would not go out and give it to your own citizens becase there could be a chance you get it. I guarntee it was a coincidence and I guarntee the plan you are talking about is one of many and it was probably shelved.
In my opinion Malcom you have to blame a few groups for the AIDS virus in Africa firstly the corrupt governments that withold money that is given and it does happen , secondly the Catholic church most of the Africasn that have aids are Catholics who go by the curches mantra of no condoms. in the 90s various groups begged the cardinals and the pope to say Condoms were OK but they refusedand that made the problem worse, the governments agiana and the groups who maybe don't give enough education on the subject and finally the people because deapiste what I just said people everywhere no how to stop the spread of AIDS and generally just don't do it.
