Hi! I'm a criminal justice student. I was wondering if their are any other CJ students out there?
I'm doing research on a bizarre serial killer known as the pantyhose killer. He was from the 1970's. He would lure university students into his car. The first thing he would do is put a plastic bag over their heads or smother them to death with a pillow.
After killing the girls he would remove their pantyhose and keep them for a sick trophy. He would only attack college girls wearing mini-skirts and pantyhose. He would not rape the girls, they were found fully clothed with the exception of their missing pantyhose. He was originally referred to as the mini-skirt killer. When he was arrested the police found hid victims pantyhose hanging on display in his apartment. They also found pantyhose ads from magazines taped all over his walls.
I'm trying to get the name and location of this killer for a class project. I would appreciate any help you may have, Thank You! Sherill
