For those of you know do not know the particulars of the Saddam Hussein trial, Room 63 is being discussed quite often as being quite like a scene from the book 1984 by George Orwell.
In the book, after the prisoners were taken from their homes and isolated from society in a horrific interrogation room, they were asked to go to room 101 were they met their worst fate. The prisoners were tortured by whatever they feared the most and were thus vaporized from society when they died.
Room '63' is very much like the book 1984. Saddam Hussein used Room'63' as a major torture chamber where the prisoner selected which mechanism he would like to be tortured by.
The trial is focusing largely on this room where Saddam toke his prisoners. Those who testified against Hussein broke down into tears after hearing the dreadful words, "Room 63".

This torture machine was found in Room '63'. The picture illustrates what the machine can do when a body is placed in it. Several Iraqi witnesses have told the judges that this is what they found in his chambers after the invasion of Iraqi in 2003.
This is another torture mechanism used in room '63'. Just before the invasion of 2003, American soldiers found people still in the room such as this woman:
Diffrence between Sadamms prisoners and US prisoners? Sadamms prisoners get to pick how they were tortured and knew what country the torture was going to take place in. Certain prisoners that the US have are not afforded that luxury.
I have heard reports and stories about the occurences in that room. People have gone crazy once they survived the torture room.
They are very suicidal, even attempting to commit hari-kari. I have read stories about prisoners who have committed suicide in their cells because the torture is so painful.

Admittiedly luxury was a bad way of wordeing my last post I meant of course the luxury of choice as opposed a luxury of torture.
I do find it amazing though that most people in the US sit back and saw how bad Sadamm was for torturing people while Bush knowingly allows torture of US prsioners to happen.
US "torture" is more psychological. Nothing like this crap.

Ask yourself Dekka why is the US flying prisoners out of the US for interrogation is it because the US lacks the proper facilities? Also it is just a coincidence that the US is flying these prisoners to countries where torture is perfectly legal? These guys are not going to the UK or Canada they are going to places like the old Eastern bloc countries, the Asia Pacific region and of course the Middle East why is that why not keep them in the US?
Why does the US have secret prisons in the aforementioned areas? Is it because they think they can cover it up? you know out of sight out of mind.
And finally what the hell is going on if it is not something shady and probably illegal do you think the FBI and CIA are taking these guys for a package holiday?
First off Physcological torture is considred the worst type of torture but it also the hardest type to do as diffrent people break down at diffrent levels, it does though however leave mental scars that don't go away.
However the US is probably taking these boys to other countries so they can give them a good skelping and that is a big problem. If the torture claims are true it might actually give a bit of strenght to what Lindi England said the CIA agent told here to do.
Does anyone seriously think low ranking soldiers like Lyndsy England took it upon themselves to read the book "The very best ways to humiliate and torture Muslims" and then carry out these practices off their own backs?
