Hollywood actor Christian Slater suffered a dramatic fall from a roof during a weekend party at Paris Hilton's house.
The Broken Arrow star allegedly made the dangerous ascent to spy on neighbours of the hotel heiress, who had complained about noise levels at the lavish party.
The 36-year-old, lost his balance and fell one storey into bushes, the New York Post reports.
Los Angeles Police Department Sergeant Karen Leong said the actor was "not injured, not hurt, not arrested".
She denies claims that Christian's accident was the result of suffering police Taser guns in a bid to coax him off the roof.
In September, prosecutors in New York agreed to dismiss groping charges against the actor on condition he stay out of trouble for the next six months.
But Christian's lawyer Eric Franz is confident his tumbling antics at the party will not constitute a breach.
He said: "I don't believe that Mr. Slater's having a good time at Paris Hilton's party will have any effect on his New York case."
This story has been floating around in a vague way for a few days now but has only just been picked up by the main stream press. The details are still a little sketchy, one minute he was drunk, then he was on drugs, one minute it was Paris' roof he fell off, then it was the neighbours, one minute the cops were called, next minute someone says they weren't called, the Police may or may not have used taser guns to get him off the roof.
