Christian and Quentin operate on a chimp by the name of Kiki, removing a scar from her face and therefore improving her chances of mating with another Ape.
McNamara/Troy also work on an ex-gang member named Marlon Ramirez, who wants to have his tatoo's removed.
Matt returns to Ava's place to find 'her' son, Adrian dead on the floor. Later, at the police station, Sean reveals to Matt that Ava was really a man. Bad move on his part.
Matt, confused about his sexuality, decides to go to a transexual bar where he picks someone up. They make out, and after Matt discovers this transexual is "pre-op", he beats him/her severely.
McNamara Troy get news that Kiki was beaten to death by her "partner", due to the male Chimp being able to sense the scar...
The episode climaxes with both Matt and Marlon being chased and beaten by gangs (Marlon, his ex-gang; Matt, a gang of transexuals).
