What exactly happened (for those like me who can't actually SEE the show)?
I remember reading about one guy who didn't make it to the boardroom, because when Trump asked "If you were me, would you fire you?" - the dumbass answered yes

Nah, basically, this dude Chris was the PM. Another dude, whose name I forget, was responsible for quite a few fudge up's. There is this other asshat named Markus that sucks all around that stunk who the whole team basically turned on.
But Trump told Chris to not choose Markus because he actually disagreed with one aspect of the presentation. But Chris picked him for the boardroom, and not only that, did not choose anyone else. Not even the other dude that Trump bagged on for having bad ideas who even admitted responsibility. Trump would have so fired either that one guy or Markus before Chris. But he pulled Bradford in my eyes and got canned. Horrible. The men's team is falling apart already.
That's pretty bad.... especially since Trump specifically said not to choose the guy he chose
I read the recap of Episode 1, that Markus guy seems like a pain in the ass. Talks too much, and for someone who likes skiing and race car driving, doesn't seem sure of himself at all. I can see him going soon enough anyway. I think Chris thought it would be Markus that goes this episode, because he could tell that he rubs Trump, and everyone else, the wrong way. His bad really.
I have a question, did the girl team give immunity to their team leader this time around? I like that you have to vote for it this time around really adds some more drama into it, and stops people from abusing it.

Biggest mistake to me is giving PM immunity. They should always VETO immunity because it leads to the former PM slacking off and not performing as well as if their necks were on the line in the next task.
If they trust that person though, it could help them gain the respect of that person in future boardroom situations. If you're the one who vetoes it, just because you want to veto it, that person will remember it in future, and it could cause unnecessary clashes.

Every time someone is vetoed is just another week they get to be there. Dunno. Early on, might as well play nice. I bet there won't be a veto used in the last 7 weeks or so.
