Black Eyed Pea to split for Oz
HIP-HOP star Will I Am of Black Eyed Peas plans to live in Australia. Will, real name Will Adams, plans to spend six months a year in Sydney.
Adams will also use his time here to scout new Australian talent. "I'm working something out, where I live in Sydney four to six months out of the year to help develop urban acts," Adams said.
Black Eyed Peas have had three No. 1 hits in Australia: Where is the Love, Shut Up and their latest release Don't Phunk with my Heart.
The band will release their new album Monkey Business this week.
Adams, from Los Angeles, is looking forward to escaping America. "You know, the sky is blue in Australia," Adams said. "It ain't grey."
