The dress is gorgeous, she has too much eyeliner on though and her hair is too severe. It's a nice 'do, but it's too much for it to compete with her eyes and her dress.
She should stick to having one stand out item in her outfit at a time, not ten stand outs.
Let's go with this freak show. It's outrageous.
