Check out the size of Jacks Bristow's ears.
Particularly look at his left ear...its huge as well, but flames out like dumbo...much larger than his right ear.
I think they must be hiding some sort of tracking device in Jack's left ear...maybe by end of season we will know.
Or maybe this radioactive disease will make it slough off, fall off into his soup.
