Work History
Has worked for CTU for a while, gotten fired a few times. Betrayed the US Government more than once, but always in the best interest of the Country (the "this hurts me more than it hurts you" method of protecting the Country). Before working for the CTU he was big bad military dude who had lots of missions under his belt. He has a "win at all costs" work ethic. He will torture himself for an hour, if it means he'll give up the location to where he hid the nerve toxin he planned to use on the United States. But he wouldn't actually release nerve gas, cause he's a Red Blooded American, unlike those Purple Blooded Russians
Romantic Life
Has been romantically involved with numerous women. His wife was first. He got her killed... then it was someone by the name of Marie Warner, who (to the best of our knowledge) is still alive. After her was Claudia Salazar, the wife of a bad-ass drug dealer (he knows how to pick them)... he, uh, got her killed too. Then was Audrey Raines. Their relationship died when he did, though its probably gonna be important in the episodes to come. While separated from his wife years ago, he was also involved with Nina Myers, who he at least had the guts to kill by himself.
Kills On Duty
Most speculate that the Jack Bauer's kills while on duty are in the hundreds. However, if you add his kills off duty, and those that can't be linked to him directly, the total is probably in the thousands, if not approaching millions. It is thought that Jack Bauer is one of the leading causes of death for foreign men between the ages of 18 and 35.

Work History
Tony's the block you didn't trust at all a few years ago, but in the years since he's shown himself to be somewhat trust worthy, if not a bit of an alcoholic (though recent reports claim he's clean and sober. I'll let the tox report determine that!). He's worked for CTU for a number of years, until he left to start a business with his wife and let America defend itself. He once almost destroyed America to save his wife, which he went to jail for. Turns out his wife doesn't feel the same way about him, because she sacrificed him to save America.
Relationships
Not much to say here without spoiling anything, but he WAS married to Michelle, and prior to that he was headbutting headboards with Nina Myers... I believe around the time she was trying to help kill Palmer.
Kills On Duty
Quite a few, but nowhere near as many as Jack. Of course, unlike Jack, he's been shot in the neck and running around like a wild man only a few hours later.
