Pregnant Britney Spears had another hospital dash drama after complaining of stomach pains.
The 23-year-old pop star was looking after husband Kevin Federline's little daughter when she had to be rushed to hospital for emergency tests.
She had to interrupt her husband's recording session in Hollywood to raise the alarm, before Kevin drove her to nearby UCLA hospital in Santa Monica.
The Sun reports a source as saying: "Britney had been taking it easy on doctors' advice. She was playing with Kori on the grass outside the studios. She started to look unwell and was holding her stomach. She called Kevin out of the studio to tell him she was getting worse."
However, after 90 minutes of extensive tests, doctors gave her the all-clear but ordered the star to do as little as possible.
All this comes just weeks after it was feared Britney was having a miscarriage - it later emerged that she had suffered premature separation of the placenta from the uterus.
I SAID she shouldn't have been lifting Kori up all the time.
She sure isn't taking any steps to be sure this baby is 100% healthy. She still lets Kevin smoke around her too.
Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline will star in their own new reality show, "Chaotic."
“Eating for two is so much fun; I get to eat lots and lots!” the 23-year-old singer says in a posting on her Web site.
Spears, who announced her pregnancy last month, said she and husband Kevin Federline “ate at some amazing restaurants in Scottsdale” during a “peaceful and relaxing” two-week vacation in Arizona.
She also plugs the couple’s new reality series, “Britney and Kevin: Chaotic.”
Featuring what UPN bills as “exclusive, never-before-seen private home videos they shot themselves during their courtship, engagement and wedding,” the six-episode series will premiere May 17 (9 p.m. ET).
“Doing a documentary series seemed like the last thing I would do,” Spears writes. “... And putting ourselves out there seemed crazy, but that is exactly when I realized I should do it. The craziest things I’ve ever done have always been for the best.”
The pop star said she didn’t do the series for her career. “So much happened last year much too fast and I really wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to reflect on all of it. It’s like my own therapy. I hope you guys enjoy our little project! We are having so much fun putting it all together.”
I wonder how she's going to cope with the pressure to her baby weight straight after giving birth. Probably she won't give a damn and be walking out in front of the paparazzi fat as hell and not caring. It's one of the reasons we love Britney.
Pregnant superstar Britney Spears has rubbished reports she was rushed to hospital over the weekend, insisting she is experiencing a trouble-free pregnancy.
British newspapers alleged Monday that Spears had fallen ill while babysitting for her 3-year-old step-daughter Kori, while her husband Kevin Federline was working on his new album at a Los Angeles recording studio, and dashed off to hospital for extensive checks.
An insider claimed, "She was playing with Kori on the grass outside the studios. She started to look unwell and was holding her stomach. She called Kevin out of the studio to tell him she was getting worse."
But a spokesperson for the star insists, "I am glad to tell you that there (are) no issues. She was at the hospital on a routine check-up and all is fine."
Pop princess Britney Spears is due to give birth in September, one month earlier than the originally date. Her sister, Jamie-Lynn, confirmed the rumor, but didn't comment if Britney is expecting twins. There was also no information about the sex of the baby.
Jamie-Lynn, 14, moved to Los Angeles with her mother Lynne, to be close to the star when the baby arrives. "I get to spend a lot of time with Britney. We are getting ready for the new baby's arrival in September. I can't wait. I have been shopping so much for the baby and it is not even here yet."
Meanwhile, Britney's relation with her mother doesn't look so good. On the set of of Zoey 101, the TV show staring Britney Spears's younger sister Jamie Lynn, the two Spears women started to fight about what appears to be an older conflict in the family, about Britney's father.
An insider confessed: "Britney was screaming at her mom. She was furious, swearing and cursing. Her mom burst into tears at one point but Britney didn't seem to care or notice."
Britney began yelling at her, saying that her father [Jamie, 52] was sometimes not there for her and that Kevin will be the best father for her baby," the witness said.
"Britney's mom got really upset and began to cry. She told Britney Spears that her father does love her and that he did the best he could for the children.
But Britney just wouldn't listen. She got into her car and sped off, screaming 'F**k you, momma! 'Everyone was really shocked and stunned."
Los Angeles - Mom-to-be Britney Spears says she'll raise her unborn child to follow the mystical Kabbalah faith.
The pop star, who's baby is due in September, has planned a Kabbalah blessing for her baby nine days after the expected due date, The Sun reported.
Britney, hubby Keven Federline and some of her closest family and friends will reportedly celebrate the blessing at the group's LA headquarters.
Earlier this year, Britney thanked Madonna for introducing her to Kabbalah.
The star said on her official website that the religious faith helped her get through a difficult time in her life.
She said: "Madonna first introduced Kabbalah to me at a time in my life when it was much needed. It has helped me get rid of a lot of negative influences that were guiding me down the wrong path. "There came a point where not even my family or my advisors had the answers I needed. The answers I was looking for were all in my heart."
