I think riding with Chris in his sporter Rodster would be fatal and could wind you up in jail (he goes speeding and argues with the cops.) Chris flew down to Florida to celebrate John's birthday. But his bud John Gafford, who wasn't present when Shelton was arrested, told the Tampa Tribune that the hotel staff overreacted.
They were celebrating John's birthday. "It's so ludicrous," Gafford said. "The hotel handled the situation very poorly from top to bottom."

'Apprentice' Chris arrested - TAMPA, Florida (AP) 4/11/05 -- Real estate millionaire Chris Shelton, a contestant on NBC's "The Apprentice," was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
Shelton, 22, one of six remaining contestants competing for a job with Donald Trump, was taken into custody early Sunday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. He was released after posting $250 bail.
A tribal police officer said he heard a noisy Shelton in the hotel lobby and asked him twice to calm down before arresting him, said Seminole police spokesman Gary Bitner. "He was loud and he just wouldn't calm down," Bitner said. Shelton was peeved over a $20 cover charge for the hotel bar. Shelton "was at the lobby causing a scene," the police report said. "There were several patrons in the area who were visibly shaken by his actions. After several attempts to calm Shelton, he continued to yell and curse, refusing to calm down and stop causing a scene."
Shelton and some friends were staying at the hotel and celebrating his continued success on "The Apprentice," Bitner said.
If you ride with Kendra, you would fall asleep because she's very boring kinda person. She's the exact opposite of all the others. (Almost half the people rather ride with Kendra..... because they're lazy and boring.)
If you ride with Tana, she has good mapping skills and will get you from destination A to B whichever way possible. If you want to take a detour for a country sightseeing, then she'll get you back on track. (37% of the people rather be in the company with Tana because she's street smart and know when to step up to take the lead. )
