The diva went for a Swiss mountain girl look to publicise her latest film, Shall We Dance, and new album, Rebirth in Tokyo.Perhaps she adopted the sweet, innocent image in a bid to keep away the angry demonstrators who have protested at her insistence on wearing real animal fur.
