Mariah Carey setting up home in Britain
The multi-millionaire singer has told friends she plans to move to London later this year, when she stars in a West End musical - and wants a six-bedroom mansion in the capital's swanky Belgravia district.
The glamorous star has agreed to play Marilyn Monroe's celebrated movie character Elsie Marina in the stage show of 'The Prince and The Showgirl'.
A source revealed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "She'll be starring as Elsie Marina.
And as she's likely to be here for several months, she's looking to buy a place in Belgravia. It has to have at least six bedrooms and it's fair to say that money is no object."
Meanwhile, Mariah is set to release her own range of sexy lingerie. The stunning singer is currently designing garments for the line, which will be called 'Mariah Kiss Kiss', to be released this summer.
An insider revealed: "Mariah will market the sexy undies after her next album release in June and she can't wait. They will be designed for women of all shapes and sizes."
