Thanks, HECK, for keeping track of this. I'm impressed with Lickety and Burnout for picking Kendra so early, she never stood out until the last few weeks for me. Lickety, are you really Caroline?
I've been trying to keep up with all the posts that I've missed, and unfortunately I haven't had much time lately. I can barely remember to put my picks in on time.
My pick Kendra really should be the Apprentice . I like Tana a lot, but I think Kendra is cooler. Tana comes across as goofy sometimes. Noting that Kendra is YOUNG, Tana has the advantage if she can be assertive enough to work with the New York vipers. I am glad Trump is finally hiring a woman for a change. I think Trump may go with Tana based on her record. Good Luck to everyone playing the Fantasy Game!
That was a fun game, I'm sure gonna miss playing until next Apprentice:
I'd like to HOLLA to my homies: (no particular order, of course!)

We'll see how it goes this week but Kendra has one major flaw which may come into play with Trump's decision. When her workers don't go her way, she just jumps in and does it herself. And although that's admirable it's not boss like, she's not much of a leader.
I mean you have to keep your employees in line and working for YOU toward YOUR goals. Basically towing the company line. You don't want them to be going against your decisions and going off and trying to do their own thing.
It was evident at the end of last weeks show when she wasn't in the loop with the meeting with the corporate sponsors in presenting her plans to set up the event. She should have delegated what she was doing vs doing it herself and not being there for the meeting.
I agree that Kendra has one major flaw. However, I think her one major flaw is that she's a space cadet, and not a very good candidate. This year's crew was by FAR the worst group of candidates produced by the three seasons. Kendra is a symptom of that. Tana is a bit better, as I would probably rate her in the top 15 of the 52 total Apprentice candidates so far. Kendra's not even close.

Exactly, RA. She almost let Danny tank the whole damn thing. Plus, she runs from confrontation. Not an enviable task of a would-be CEO.
I want to add my little two cents on what is being said about Kendra and her abilities.
Kendra deserved to win because she played it smart, she kept her cool while maintaining her integrity.
Even though she was PM late in the game, she DID contribute to winning tasks. She was not a whiner any more so than the the ENTIRE Street Smarts team and some fricking Book Smarts. She defended herself against that lout Craig who was belittling her at every attempt.
Those of you who can actually come on here and find flaws with Kendra are sore you didn't have the foresight to see what she was CAPABLE of and the strength and determination it took to make it to the finals. Yeah, Tana has great ideas but she doesn't have the social skills to make it. If she kept her mouth shut half the time it would be to her advantage. What she did at the finale was her own fault. Kendra NEVER said it was her idea alone with the Pontiac ad campaign. Kendra was the only ONE determined to see it succeed though. Staying up all night to finish when your team has decided that is all they are willing to do for the night and winning for the TEAM is way more important than your one brilliant idea to make a round brochure, the task was more than that.
Kendra was not running from confrontation at all. When you decide to walk away from confrontation it makes you a better person. (hint hint Street Smarts!)
I have no doubt Kendra can and will fire anyone who doesn't follow her direction or stay in line. For the APPRENTICE game though, it is a game that you have NO real control over who is on your team and who will be an asset or a pain in the butt.
Kendra did everything RIGHT to play this game, that was her strategy. Avoiding the boardroom, keeping under the radar, not fighting with too many people and being non confrontational helped her. Having respect for those you LIKE and dislike, pushing yourself as far as you can go and then some.
If she made any errors they were minor and of little consequence. Kendra was the President of her own Real Estate Company so I'm sure she can handle whatever the Donald throws her way.
Give her a break, she won it and she did a damn fine job considering what she was up against. I wish her the best of luck in the future and I'm sure you will not be hearing the Last of Kendra.
Kendra's not even a top 20 candidate if all the candidates from all the seasons are pooled together. That she defeated Tana on the last task was clear. The fact that she is a bad candidate was made clear by the lame tasks that Trump gave as options this season. The only time Kendra will reappear is when Trump does another season of The Apprentice, and she makes an obligatory appearance as "the first woman Apprentice." Kendra's done.
Don't know if I want to go off on another Kendra rant. She won, la-la-la.
But I have to ask, why all the pro-Kendra talk after she wins? A little Monday Morning Quaterbacking?
-HECK!
Don't forget, Heck, some people picked Kendra to win in the Fantasy Game. Of course they also picked Craig, and who knows how many other candidates under assumed identities ...

I could not agree more
Let's not forget a weird Tana meltdown in the finale, too. Trump hung is hat on Kendra being chummy with her team? Lame. I wonder how many co-workers Trump let's ride in his limo with him.
We already know what Bill has in the Trump organization...compare what Kelly and Bill have to Kendra...and someone tell me that Trump has high expectations from her...NOT!

Trump hired two white men the first two seasons. It sucks to say, but it was kind of obvious he had to hire a women or a minority, regardless of their talent, so he didn't get crap talked about him. To be honest, none of the candidates really were on par with the final four from past seasons.
