lmao! whoever made this thread is SUCH a dumbass and it makes me sad for whoever it is *tear* lmao it was such a bad ass movie and maybe u are a little to old to be seeing a movie about comic books??? i dunno? and it was an awsome movie and the graphics were amazing maybe u should try to make a movie like this?
The movie didn't suck that bad, was boring and had way to much hype for it. The effects weren't exactly cheep, but nothing new or remotely exciting. Way to many characters. To explain all the characters it would have had to have been about 40 hours long. It seemed that long anyway. The ending had to be the worst. Some of my friends(Nerds of the old comics) say that orange thing over the water was The pheonix. Something like the redhead comes back as some evil mutant called the phoenix. But it still sucked. Almost as bad as that retarded remake of the Planet of the Apes.
I enjoyed it. It really helps to know the story of the x-men to truly enjoy this. Hope to see a lot more in the next movie from the students and new characters that were introduced. I can see why people might not like it if they have no knowledge of the x-men, but I think they are doing a good job turning this comic into movies. I liked that this one had a darker feel-an example would be when Magneto pulled the iron out of the guards blood and killed him. I don't think they would have tried something so disturbing in the first one. I expect good things from the third one. Not sure how well they are going to pull of the Phoenix Saga though.(sorry, only x-men nerds such as myself will know about the Phoenix) I am not a huge Cyclops fan, but does anyone else feel like they have portrayed him as totally meaningless in these movies?

at the ending of the movie... i think Jean is alive.. becaue there was a picture of Phoenix.. and those of you who have been x-men for 'long' time knows that Phoenix went inside Jean..
i was kind of confused, actually i still am!! because if the phoenix did go into Jean.. why didn't she act out of control (like in the anime.. or maybe the movie just wanted to be different)??! augh..
