JEALOUS CLASSMATES PROMPT JOJO TO QUIT SCHOOL
Teen pop sensation Jojo has been forced to quit school -- because her success lead to intense jealousy among her classmates.
The 14-year-old singer found that as soon as she started to enjoy the rise of her career, a large number of her fellow pupils turned on her, prompting her parents to put her on home schooling in New Jersey.
But JoJo, real name Joanna Levesque, has turned the whole experience into something positive. She explains, "I feel that going through hard times gave me something to write about."
