Superstar couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are buying their first marital home together, in South Beach, Fla.
The couple, who wed in June after a whirlwind four-month courtship, own a variety of houses in California, New York and Florida between them, but have yet to buy a residence together.
But Page Six reports the beauty is finalizing their purchase of a $9.9 million penthouse apartment in the fashionable new Icon Building, featuring interiors by French designer Phillippe Starck.
Lopez and Anthony will be able to see views of South Beach from their huge balcony and swim in their own private pool.
Actress and pop-diva Jennifer Lopez and husband salsa singer Marc Anthony bought a new house in tony Bel-Air, Ca. The 7000 sq. foot house has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a pool, garden and sits on a 3/4 acre lot. The purchase price was reported at 6.5 million. J.Lo sold the house she was married at (and shared with ex Ben Affleck) last year.
Jennifer Lopez has splashed out on a lavish new Beverly Hills home. The Latin babe paid a reported £3.4 million for the Tuscan-style villa with third husband Marc Anthony.
The news has fuelled rumours that the couple, who wed in the garden of Jennifer's previous Hollywood home last summer, are expecting their first child. The five-bedroom love nest in Los Angeles' exclusive Bel-Air district, also boasts five bathrooms, 24-hour security and a private pool. It is the couple's third home.
Jennifer, 35, and her 37-year-old husband - who has two children from a previous relationship - already own a sumptuous Long Island holiday home and a beachside mansion in Miami.
The 'I'm Real' singer, who was previously married to waiter Ojani Noa and backing dancer Chris Judd before breaking off an engagement to actor Ben Affleck last year, sold her previous Beverly Hills home last October for a reported £6.8 million.
The sexy star said she got rid of the luxurious home because she wanted to live in a more down-to earth pad.
She said at the time: "It was a movie star house. I've bought a smaller one instead. We have a house in Long Island like a French chateau. It's glamorous but still homely. It's a house to live in, to grow old in. you can see yourself there in 50 years."
