I strongly feel that Kendra will be the one hired by DT because I doubt that Tana will last very long in the Trump Organization, given her poor attitude as of late (was clearly seen during her final task and her tendency to be unable to distinguish personal from business). If DT doesn't hire Tana, then QVC will most likely hire Tana. The executives over at QVC are so in love with Tana and they are 100% willing to welcome her with open arms if DT fails to hire her. If that's the case, then Tana's consolation prize would be much better than Kendra's. If DT hires Kendra, then Tana wouldn't be exactly in a losing position. QVC likes Tana and that was made obvious during the interviews. QVC is an organization with a highly-reputable background and I feel that Tana would fare much better at QVC than she would working for DT. I would see that as a win-win situation for both finalists. That is one reason why I prefer Kendra winning over Tana.
Furthermore, take a look at the track record for both finalists.
Kendra (Magna 1-14)
# of wins as PM = 3 (She defeated Tana during one of those times and Kelly who was last season's winner had the same record)
# of losses as PM = 0
# of times on the winning team = 10
# of times on the losing team = 4
# of times brought into the final boardroom = 0
Tana (Net Worth 1-7; Magna 8 - 13; Net Worth 14)
# of wins as PM = 2
# of losses as PM = 1 (She lost to Kendra at that time)
# of times on winning team = 9
# of times on losing team = 5
# of times brought into the final boardroom = 2
After this analysis of the two finalists, it should be quite apparent to us all that Kendra deserves to be hired by DT more than Tana does. If Kendra does a better job than Tana during the final task, then DT would be very foolish if he rejected Kendra after all that she has accomplished. It's a no-brainer that Kendra truly deserves to win over Tana at this point.

I don't know about it being a no-brainer. On paper, Kendra task stats are better, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
There are other areas we have to look at, such as strength of character. Kendra is very weak in that department. Her bickering with Craig exemplifies that. And at the beginning of the final task, she let Danny nearly deep-six the whole thing. She has been wallpaper at best the whole time. Then she decided to step-up in the last few weeks? Come on. I would liken her to Ivana or Jennifer M. from last year, and that’s being nice. If Tana can coral her jackass of a team, then she should be hired hands down.
You know, this should just be a 6 week interview... since that's how long Kendra actually 'stepped up'. And I'm not buying that strategy crap. It's evident being useless for over half the season can pay off.
I agree about the show. These were the two worst candidates to ever make it to the final four, more or less the final two. I said to my brother as we watched it, "If these are the best two candidates out of 1,000,000, I'd hate to see the other 999,998."
Kendra is a Home-Wrecker. She refused to attend her business partner's wedding and enticed him to chose her instead. It's nothing personal; it's just business. The irony is that Kendra's partner's wife name is also Carolyn.

Partner divorced over Kendra, ex-pal says
Wednesday, June 1, 2005
She was called a winner by Donald Trump, who picked her as his new hire at the end of The Apprentice 3, but Boynton Beach Realtor Kendra Todd is being called something else these days, and it's not home builder. A well-placed Todd watcher is telling Page Two that the tough-as-nails Trumpette is the main reason her business partner and boyfriend, Charles Andrews, divorced his college sweetheart just nine months after marrying her.
"When you work together into the night like Charles and Kendra, things happen," said Leo Miller, a Boca Realtor who gave Todd her start in the house-selling biz in 2002. Miller, who hosts The RE/MAX Advantage Plus Real Estate Radio Show on WBZT-AM 1230 Thursdays, said he knew Andrews, Todd and Andrews' ex-wife, Carolyn Vanderzyden, well until a financial dispute broke their friendship. He still talks to Vanderzyden routinely.
"Carolyn is devastated," Miller said. "She knew Charles for seven years. She's also a Realtor, and she routinely broke bread with Kendra."
Miller said Todd, 27, met Andrews, 33, through the family of a boyfriend in 2002 and ended up going into business with him. Both self-described workaholics, they worked weekends and late nights for months without a break.
In March 2004, Andrews found some time to marry the reserved Vanderzyden, 28, even though he was spending more time with the more aggressive Todd -- whom he once described to Miller as "a guy in a skirt."
"Why did Charles get married to Carolyn in the first place?" Miller asked. "The telling sign it wasn't right is that Kendra didn't attend Charles' wedding even though she was his close associate."
What really tipped off Vanderzyden that something was amiss, Miller said, is that many people told her they didn't know Andrews was married. Andrews filed for divorce at Thanksgiving. The split was final in January, days before The Apprentice 3 started taping. According to records, Andrews paid Vanderzyden $10,000 in the divorce.
Just in case you cannot see it coming. They are running to her arms. She's the slow-poke when at work, but Kendra Todd the home-wrecker moves pretty fast. Kendra ruined Charles Andrews' ex-wife, Carolyn Vanderzyden life quickly. Melania might be facing trouble soon.
