It has been a long time since Bill Gates and his friend wrote a book for the Altair computer. Here is one in 1975:
The first Apple computer was invented and designed by Steven Jobs and a Polish guy that I can't remember the name of. Here is Apple Lisa, Januray 1983:
and Apple II: April 1977

I remember how slow the Apple I loader was. It toke several hours to actually get somewhere and we suddenly pitched the darn thing after trying so hard.

for some odd reason, while the word "Ganya" was still just a thought-dropping in my head, I thought it'd only be four letters. But apparently it's five. yep.
My first computer was called a TRS-80 ("Trash Eighty" among fellow geeks). It was a native BASIC machine and I had to store all my programs on audio cassette tapes with a special tape recorder that the computer could advance, rewind, play back and record to.
I remember using the Apple II's with 6" floppies in elementary school. But I notice they were created in 1977, and I was in elementary school in the early 90's, so I guess my school just had old equipment.

My TRS-80 was older than that. It was before the time of LCD display screens. It actually plugged into a black & white TV screen and the computer was encased in the keyboard, a silver/grayish color and rather large in size. It was connected by cables to the tape recorder, power, and the video monitor.
Yes that is an old TRS-80. My keyboard wasn't that thick at all. Anyway, when I was in high school we used an Apple 1 computer which was the worst kind of Apple. I lost all of my memory, all of my folders and on top of that it toke so long to load up. Your school used newer epuipment than mine did.
