SEX VIDEO DOING TO R. KELLY WHAT HE DID TO GIRLS ON TAPE
November 28, 2004 -- RANDY R&B star R. Kelly was so fond of videotaping himself having sex that pals saw him as an amateur porn king — but his sloppy handling of his private videos has made misery for him and his sex partners, including the wife of New York Yankee outfielder Gary Sheffield, sources who know Kelly tell The Post.
Kelly taped dozens of sex scenes, including two sessions years ago with Sheffield's gospel-singer wife DeLeon, the sources said. And he had no qualms about toting the tapes around on his tour bus and even to Hoops, an upscale gym in Chicago where he plays basketball, the sources said.
One day at Hoops, someone swiped Kelly's gym bag, which contained a tape that allegedly shows the skirt-chasing crooner having intercourse with an underage girl prosecutors contend was 14 to 15 years old at the time, the sources said. That tape, dubbed "R. Kelly Triple X," hit the black market in 2001 — leading to Kelly's arrest on charges of possessing child porn that could land him in prison for 15 years. It also opened the door to shocking revelations about the R&B star's raunchy ways.
"Triple X" features three separate scenes — one with DeLeon, one with the alleged underage girl and one with a third woman, the sources said. Though the tape has been public for three years, DeLeon was never publicly named as appearing on it or any other video until two weeks ago, when Chicago activist Derrick Mosley was arrested and charged with attempting to blackmail new Yankee Sheffield for $20,000.
MOSLEY boasted to Bamani Obadele and other black activists more than a year ago that he'd discovered it was DeLeon with Kelly on "Triple X," said the activists, some of whom are part of a loose affiliation of Kelly advisers and pals who call themselves "The Circle." But DeLeon's identity already was an open secret among Kelly's inner circle — even though her face can't be seen — because she'd dated Kelly as a teen and because of a mysterious second tape that purportedly shows Kelly, DeLeon and Kelly's wife Andrea Lee in a three-way sexcapade, sources said. Mosley refers to a three-way sex tape in the alleged shakedown talks he had with Sheffield's agent, Rufus Williams, which were recorded by the FBI.
But the second video has not surfaced in public and it is not among the tapes that federal prosecutors confiscated from Mosley's home last week, though the feds said they have found a tape on which Kelly and DeLeon have sex.
Mosley stressed in a jailhouse interview with The Post last week that the tape he discussed with Williams, involving DeLeon and Kelly in a menage a trois, does exist.
It's unclear if Mosley ever had that second tape, but sources who know both Mosley and Kelly say the activist may have watched it at viewing parties the singer hosted at his $2.3 million mansion in the swanky Lincoln Park section of Chicago.
"He certainly knew about it and it's possible he'd seen it," said one source, who described the alleged three-way scene.
"But nobody — and I've checked with people in Chicago, Detroit and New York — ever had a copy" except R. Kelly.
In the menage a trois scene, sources said, DeLeon's face is clearly visible when she looks directly at the camera.
They added that still photos from that three-way tape were being passed around freely in Chicago before Kelly's sex-tape scandal broke in 2002.
"In the still photo you see her looking half-naked . . . DeLeon's in the same outfit as in the ['Triple X'] video," said Obadele, who besides being an activist is a minister and child-welfare worker who was once friendly with Mosley but has split from him. A spokesperson for DeLeon has denied there is a three-way tape.
AT LEAST four women have sued Kelly over sex tapes he allegedly made of them. He had sex with a variety of women and underage girls during his rise up the charts as the nation's top R&B singer, producer and songwriter, the lawsuits say.
Some were fresh-faced teen singers or students hoping Kelly would be their producer, according the charges.
One who caught Kelly's eye was Aaliyah Haughton, the 12-year-old niece of his ex-agent, Barry Hankerson.
Aaliyah became a star three years later when Kelly produced her debut album in 1994. She also married Kelly that year, though the marriage was anulled just weeks later when Aaliyah's family found out.
The bride was only 15 at the time. Aaliyah died in a plane crash in the Bahamas in 2001. No charges were ever filed against Kelly regarding his relationship with her.
MOST of the taped sessions occurred in a wood-pan eled "play room" in Kelly's former home in Lincoln Park, a house Kelly is now trying to unload, sources said.
The room looks something like a giant sauna and features a shower with seating for two, they said. There Kelly recorded dozens of sex scenes.
It was also the place where he screened those scenes for pals. "He had parties at his house and he'd show the tapes," said one source. Three of the women who sued Kelly reached out-of-court settlements.
One woman, Tiffany Hawkins, was a choir student when she met Kelly as he came to speak to her class at Kenwood Academy, the Chicago prep school where he'd learned to sing.
In her suit, she claimed Kelly recorded having sex with her when she was 15. She accepted $250,000 in a settlement, then slit her wrists in an apparent suicide bid. The criminal case against Kelly has dragged on for more than three years, and critics of the the Cook County State Attorney's Office believe prosecutors are dragging their feet.
They point out that no rape charges have been brought, though detectives claim to have evidence proving the age of the alleged teen in the "Triple X" tape, which surfaced when she was still a minor. The girl — now 19 — has refused to cooperate with prosecutors, sources said, and the matter has deeply divided her family.
KELLY at first denied that it is him on the "Triple X" tape, but since then he has focused his defense on claiming that the girl seen with him is not actually underage.
While prosecutors hope to bring Kelly's case to trial early next year, the judge has allowed Kelly wide latitude to go on tour and travel out of the state while he's free on $750,000 bail.
Meanwhile, Mosley — who is facing up to five years in jail on the alleged shakedown scheme — has a rap sheet featuring bank fraud, passing bad checks, purse snatching and leaving the scene of an accident.
In one instance, Mosley, who is also a preacher, was jailed after he skipped out on a single day of community service. One ex-friend suggested he was angry that Rev. James T. Meeks, a leading Chicago pastor and state senator, has been working as a "spiritual adviser" to Kelly. "He heard Meeks was getting paid and he wanted to get paid, too," said the source.
Of Mosley, Meeks told The Post: "He tries to put pressure on people. He taunts the police, the mayor. He seems to make a name for himself by attacking people with name recognition."
Others suggest Mosley was taking advantage of Kelly's ill-fated tour with rapper Jay-Z, which fell apart at Madison Square Garden Oct. 29 amid a host of charges and countercharges between the two performers. One problem, according to a person who knows Mosley, was that Mosley desperately was scrambling to get a copy of the "Triple X" video — or any other tape featuring DeLeon — even as he prepared to approach Sheffield's agent. "He wanted a copy of that tape on the spot," said the source.
Mosley claims a copy of the three-way tape was sent to him anonymously and that he wasn't trying to extort Sheffield. Instead, he said, he wanted to help the slugger by alerting him to the tape's existence and assisting him in keeping it quiet.
He seems to have gotten away with a lot of things here.
A lot of tapes have been broadcast to his mates at parties, I bet none of the girls involved in making those videos ever agreed to that. Can't they sue him?

thats what im saying now he marry her when she was 15 and her paren't didn't know anything about that something don't seem right cuz some states you can get married at 15 but need parents permission.
It's not lucky, there's just too many lies mixed in with the truth. For example, the recent case of someone setting up a story about Ashanti's sister... almost automatically the thing was rebunked. But what about others, who aren't famous people that can speak out? Or all these "unnamed sources" and "underaged girls" who of course can't be named... so who's going to disprove these things?
The guy would be in gaol if he was guilty. This video that he's in court over now... they haven't even gone to trial, because the prosecution can't prove anything... I'm just waiting for the day that it's thrown out, because honestly this is too much for someone to go through over taping himself doing a few girls.
