i was thinking, in the first book, loads of wizards were out on the street in little wigin (or what ever its called, the place where the dursleys live) when Voldemort was defeated, right, well int eh OoP at harrys trial the MoM said that there wasn't any registered wizards in that area, when ms Figg came as a witness.
am i right or just mistaken?
