I know...but now they kicked a juror off today and added another...so there may be a verdict after all....maybe?
The one thing I do know..is that there is more to the possibility of verdicts than you have above.
They have offered: Laci: First degree w/special circumstances, first degree, or second degree...
They also have separate offerings for Conner: First degree w/special circumstances, first degree or second degree.
So..they could find him guilty of one thing for Laci and another different verdict for Conner...
Its more complicated than just the normal verdicts...
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

I voted guilty 1st degree on the poll strictly out of gut feeling that he was guilty not on what the jury would go for (which at the time I felt that it probably would be a hung jury.
PS after the verdict came in I rechecked the poll and noticed I was the only only who said guilty 1st degree but when I checked today there were 2 more votes for guilty 1st degree?
somebody should be responsible to shut down polls when actual results come in. (Not that it really matters)
Karma, you take care of it and it will take care of you.

I agree...and Ill back you that you were the only one in fact that did vote for that pre-verdict.
Its hilarious how people vote afterword...as if we wouldnt notice!
