This is a big step forward. Next up: printable transistors. Your average desktop user will be able to download and reproduce electronic schematics to replicate any electronic device from online schematic files. If only a couple other simple things such as rigid plastic housings and soft silicone/rubber-like materials could also be printed, then complete electro-mechanical devices such as calculators, digital keyboards, cell phones, etc could be produced. The sky is the limit for what types of devices, really. This would open up a whole new world of security complications regarding export of technology for foreign nations who would then be empowered to manufacture nearly any technology-oriented device they need from a simple, web-connected system.
