I voted, "leaning towards guilty".

Based on his character, I wouldn't be surprized. I also don't beleive that this girl is fabricating the entire thing. Additionally, I know that it happens.

HOWEVER, I do think that she may be exagerating. I have experienced sexual harassment and there is NO WAY I would go back to work for a company and with a man that treated me that inappropriately. Why would anyone subject themselves to that? And yet, she did...so, she couldn't have been that scared.

You should have a selection for;
Yes, and she is after money.
60 Million? Come on, she actually went back to work for him after.
He is a prime example of the John Edwards domain. 60 Million?
It isn't like she is crippled and can't work anymore.
I'm not saying the story is true or not because frankly it's their business not mine.
It's the amount of damages that shows she is after money. I could be wrong and she will donate all of the funds to womens abuse charity when she's done.

fuscia, your last two answers are the same.

Leaning toward yes (that he is guilty)

Leaning toward guilty

Did you mean leaning toward not guilty?
